If you are travelling with your family for business or leisure you may appreciate the additional space that an apartment has to offer compared to a family room in a hotel. Our larger apartments can accommodate up to seven family members (including a cot) which is much more convenient than separating your family across several hotel rooms. Most of our apartments come with a large en suite, as well as a family sized bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Kick back and relax in the living room whilst your little ones are tucked up in bed in their own bedroom.
We are able to provide additional fold up beds, if space safely permits, for a nominal nightly fee.
If you are travelling with a baby pleased don’t hesitate to ask about for a travel cot, a high chair or anything else you may need to make your little one’s stay a comfortable one.
Please keep in mind that these services generally come at an additional cost, particularly if you wish us to purchase brand new bedding for the cot. Due to hygiene reasons we do not launder and re-use baby linens and bedding. Costs are low (either at a nightly rate for short stays or a long stay discount). Please ask for details.

Our Brentford apartments are set in a quieter part of London away from the hustle and bustle of city life but near local pubs, restaurants and local shops. Tucked away it may be, but this luxury duplex apartment is just minutes away the A4 corridor and Heathrow Airport.
We can cater for all requirements from a few weeks to a number of months. All our prices include all the utilities, as well as weekly servicing for stays of 14 days or more.

One of the many benefits of serviced apartments is that they are less standardised than hotel rooms. This affords the chance of offering different apartments to suit the many needs of travellers.
If you have any allergies please contact our friendly team to enquire about our apartments. Many of our apartments have blinds, wooden floors, as well as leatherette sofas and headboards.Rugs and cushions can be removed prior to your arrival for your added comfort.If needed we can also supply anti-allergen duvets and pillows. For the comfort of all our other guests we cannot remove mattress or pillow protectors.We use air fresheners in our apartments which can be removed prior to arrival.
Please note that all of our apartments are strictly non-smoking due to health and safety laws in the UK. However, smoking is allowed on private balconies, roof terraces or central courtyards.Simply ask for a serviced apartment with an outdoor space. Many of our apartments have a balcony or terrace.
If you are travelling by car please ask our team at the earliest opportunity to secure an allocated space. Some apartment locations have limited or no parking.
Please note that due to our temperate climate air conditioning is quite rare. However, we are please to boast that several of our apartments enjoy this feature.Other apartments will be equipped with cooling fans should we be blessed with some hot weather.You may also want to consider apartments on lower floors, and if you are particularly adverse to the heat we can advise which apartments are on the cooler side of the building.
All of our kitchens are equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a range of cooking utensils. We do not have everything that you may require for your stay so if you need a particular item please ask as we may be able to provide this at no extra charge.
All our apartments are equipped with a rice cooker and Tassimo coffee machine
All of our apartments are equipped with flat screen TVs that have at least Freeview. The majority have the full Sky/Virgin packages including sports and movies. For corporate relocation, or extended stays, of 6 months or more we will can arrange for Sky/Virgin to be installed, subject to availability.
Housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of 14 days or more. The housekeeping staff will change your bedding, supply fresh towels and clean the apartment. More frequent housekeeping can be provided for an additional charge. Alternatively, you may request extra bedding or towel bales for an extra charge.
Depending on location some of our apartments are equipped with washer/dryers whilst others have just a washing machine. All apartments are equipped with iron and ironing board.
